About Us
PECL was established in 2007. With a humble beginning in 2007, PECL has grown by leaps and bounds over the time to become an Engineering powerhouse. PECL is a name to reckon with in the Hydrocarbon Processing Industry. PECL has provided engineering consultancy to several world class Refineries, Petrochemicals and Oil & Gas On-shore/Offshore Complex and has left its foot-print in many countries across the globe.
